Kitten bonding with stuffed animal?

I have a pet kitten & this is the first pet I've ever had on my own and I am unsure if it is okay for the cat to bond with a stuffed animal.
BTW..what stuffed animal do you think she will like?

A query that hits close to home!

We are owned by three cats, all three were ferral {strays} and barely weaned from momma. They came into our lives at seperate times, different litters and they all get along.

Anyway, the one who has adopted me as "dad" has a pillow that we call "Lovey". He has taken to lovey like a mate {AFTER he was "fixed" ((I say broken but hey, I'm a guy!))}

Mazy is such a compassionate mate to Lovey! I kid you not! He sings to her as he holds a corner in his mouth and "massages" her with his paws. He has NO clue as to what he is doing but he trys! On occasion he even gets his hips going like a bunny but mostly it is more like a security "blanket". We have found Lovey next to the food / water bowl but our favourite is when he jumps up on the bed with her in the middle of the night, props Lovey against my {or wifes} leg and "shares" his passion and love with us!
We dont know why he adopted her, it WAS my wifes pillow for her wheel chair but it, er, she belongs to him now!

They all have such personalities; Mazy is the compassionate empath, Cosmo is the paranoid skittish and Merlin is the emotionally dependant "daddys" boy and we love 'em ALL like our children. Pets are great! They give love UNCONDITIONALLY and expect nothing in return.

As far as what your critter will "like" it would be something of yours that has your scent on it, like a tee-shirt wrapped around a small pillow or a pillow stuffed with tee shirts.
DO NOT wash the tee-shirt! Wear it for a day and then stuff a pillow with it so it has your scent and not detergent / bleach smell. It may take a couple of tees but it WILL be much appreaciated!
I'm sure she will love her own "mommy" scented pillow!
